Performance Marketing Specialist Meta Ads / Paid Social ll Noida

Role overview

You will own Meta ad campaigns end-to-end — from briefing creatives and audience building to scaling campaigns and delivering measurable ROI. This is a hands-on role for someone who can translate data into action and run multiple campaigns across verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across objectives (conversions, lead gen, traffic, app installs).
• Build and maintain audience strategy: custom audiences, lookalikes, retargeting funnels.
• Conduct creative and copy A/B tests — analyze and iterate.
• Monitor KPIs (CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS) and deliver regular performance reports.
• Setup/validate Meta Pixel and Conversions API with analytics teams.
• Collaborate with design/content to produce ad creatives and landing pages.
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining target ROAS/CPA.
• Document learnings and maintain campaign playbooks.

Must-have

• 2+ years direct experience running Meta/Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable with campaign reporting & spreadsheets.
• Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and UTM tracking.
• Practical knowledge of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and scaling.
• Clear communication and ability to work with creative and product teams.

Nice-to-have

• Exposure to Google Ads / other paid social platforms.
• Experience in e-commerce / D2C brands or performance marketing agencies
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4) or BI tools.
