Job Summary

The Performance Management
System (PMS) Auditor will be responsible for
auditing PMS processes, evaluating their efficiency, and ensuring compliance
with organizational policies and industry best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting
  employee audits regularly to ensure adherence to department -specific SOPs, analyzing
  data, and providing actionable insights to improve organizational performance.
  
• Ensure that
  all data and entries in the system comply with legal standards, company
  policies, and industry regulations.
  
• Monitor and
  identify discrepancies in the PMS that may affect operations, data reporting,
  or survey results and identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Prepare
  detailed reports outlining audit findings, potential areas of concern, and
  actionable recommendations for improvement.
  
• Monitor the
  implementation of audit recommendations and assess their impact.
  
• Work closely
  with departments like operations, IT, and market research teams to ensure
  seamless functionality and process improvements across various systems.
  
• Provide training and support to team members on
  data entry procedures, best practices, and compliance guidelines.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance auditing and monitoring in market research
  or a related field.
  
• Strong
  analytical and problem -solving skills.
  
• Excellent
  written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Proficiency
  in using PMS software (Zoho Preferred), MS Excel, and data analysis tools.
  
• Strong
  attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a
  team.
  

Educational
Qualifications

• MBA with a focus on Operations, Finance, or Information
  Systems OR Bachelor’s degree in business, Market Research, Data Science,
  or a related field OR MSc in Data Science, Analytics, or Information Technology.
  
• Certifications (optional but preferred):
  Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Data Analyst (CDA), or related
  certifications.
