About the Opportunity
A dynamic technology consulting firm operating at the intersection of enterprise software and digital transformation, we partner with global clients to optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability under real-world load conditions. Our Performance Testing practice is central to ensuring seamless user experiences for mission-critical platforms across finance, e-commerce, and SaaS sectors.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using industry-standard tools to simulate real user traffic and stress scenarios.


• Identify performance bottlenecks across application tiers—network, server, API, database—and collaborate with dev/ops teams to resolve them.


• Configure and manage test environments, including cloud and on-prem setups, to mirror production architecture accurately.


• Generate detailed performance test reports with actionable insights, including response times, throughput, error rates, and resource utilization.


• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable shift-left testing and continuous performance validation.


• Advocate performance best practices across engineering teams and mentor junior testers on tooling and methodology.
