Performance testing: Min 4 years
Non-functional Requirement Gathering: Min 2 year
Scala: Min 2 years
Gatling: Min 2 years
GIT: Min 1 years

Other-skills:

Performance engineering: Min 3 year
Splunk: Min 2 years
AppDynamics: Min 2 years
WLM: Min 2 years

Nice to have:

Gradle/maven: Min 1 years
Jenkins: Min 1 years
JMeter
Postman
Front-end performance testing tools
