Job Description - Perfume Evaluator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail -oriented R&D Operations Executive to support product quality, product development coordination, and operational activities. The role involves quality checking of products, market research for new launches, vendor coordination for sample development, ERP documentation, and cross -functional coordination with production and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Control & Product Evaluation: Conduct QC for perfumes, raw materials, and packaging; ensure SOPs are followed; perform fragrance evaluation.

2. Product Development & Market Study: Research trending fragrances and packaging; identify opportunities for new launches; initiate and track sample requests with vendors.

3. Documentation & ERP Management: Maintain R&D reports; update product details and formulations in ERP systems.

4. Coordination & Operations: Coordinate with procurement, production, and marketing for launch activities; conduct production floor visits to ensure standards are maintained.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree

- Basic understanding of QC procedures and SOPs.

- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

- Strong sensory interest and passion for fragrances.
