This role is focused on engaging with pre-qualified leads in the credit repair and financial wellness space, helping customers understand and improve their credit situation. You will be responsible for guiding clients through tailored credit repair solutions, using structured sales processes and consultative communication. The position plays a key role in driving client acquisition and revenue growth while ensuring a customer-first approach. You will operate in a high-performance, remote sales environment that values results, accountability, and continuous learning. Strong communication, persuasion, and empathy are essential to succeed in this role. It is a fast-paced opportunity where performance directly impacts both customer outcomes and business success. Accountabilities:
- Engage with pre-qualified inbound leads and convert them into customers through consultative sales conversations
- Present and pitch credit repair solutions based on customer credit profiles and individual financial situations
- Handle objections effectively and follow structured sales scripts while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
- Utilize CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Suite, and internal platforms to manage leads and track performance
- Follow established sales processes and compliance guidelines for credit repair offerings
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Continuously improve sales performance through feedback, training, and coaching
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, B2C customer service, or financial services sales
- Prior exposure to the US credit industry (credit cards, loans, credit repair, or credit reporting) is highly preferred
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Customer-focused mindset with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a performance-driven, target-oriented environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho is an advantage
- Comfortable using digital tools and maintaining high productivity in a remote setup
- Willingness to work in US time zone shifts as per business requirements
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn and grow in a sales career
- Must have a personal computer meeting work-from-home technical requirements
