We are looking for a smart, organized, and reliable Personal Assistant to assist the CEO’s family with day-to-day personal coordination and household management tasks.
Managing personal calendars, appointments, and reminders
Planning family events, gatherings, celebrations, and outings
Handling restaurant reservations, travel bookings, hotel stays, and itineraries
Coordinating with vendors, drivers, household staff, and service providers
Assisting with online purchases, bill payments, and miscellaneous personal tasks
Managing emails, schedules, and personal communications when required
Ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination for family activities and commitments
Requirements:
Excellent computer and internet skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Strong organizational and communication skills
