We are looking for a strategic, creative, and performance -driven Personal Branding & LinkedIn Growth Specialist to build and scale the personal brands of company founders across LinkedIn and professional platforms.
This role focuses on thought leadership, inbound lead generation, and attracting global channel partners and franchise opportunities through structured personal branding initiatives.
You will work closely with leadership to position them as credible industry voices in AI, technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation, converting visibility into trust, conversations, and business opportunities.
Develop and execute a consistent personal branding strategy for founders.
Define brand voice, positioning, and content tone aligned with business vision.
Build strong founder personas around AI, tech leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
Create and publish high -value LinkedIn content (thought leadership, case studies, stories, industry insights).
Optimize LinkedIn profiles for maximum visibility, credibility, and engagement.
Manage comments, DMs, and audience interactions to increase reach and relationships.
Implement growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and inbound inquiries.
Generate inbound B2B leads through personal branding campaigns.
Identify and engage potential franchise partners, collaborators, and clients.
Execute content campaigns to promote partnership and expansion opportunities.
Track content performance, profile growth, engagement, and lead generation on a weekly basis.
Share performance reports and optimize strategy using data -driven insights.
Direct collaboration with senior leadership.
A high -visibility role impacting brand positioning, partnerships, and revenue.
Creative ownership, flexible working setup, and long -term growth potential.
Proven experience managing LinkedIn personal brands, preferably for founders or CXOs.
Strong storytelling, writing, and professional communication skills.
Solid understanding of B2B marketing, inbound lead generation, and content marketing.
Familiarity with the tech, startup, or digital services ecosystem.
Hands -on experience with tools such as Shield, Taplio, AuthoredUp, Canva/Figma, and analytics dashboards.
Experience with franchise, channel partner, or partnership -based business models.
Prior exposure to tech, SaaS, recruitment, or IT services.
Familiarity with ChatGPT, Notion, Buffer, or content planning tools.
