As a Personal Independence Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role within our Internal Firm Services practice, focusing on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients. Your work will involve providing advice and solutions to help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, learn how to manage and inspire others, and navigate increasingly complex situations. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

- Conducting compliance reviews and controls testing to support risk management initiatives
- Analyzing complex regulatory landscapes to provide strategic advice and solutions for clients
- Developing and implementing risk governance frameworks to enhance internal controls
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 4-9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
