Job Description - Personal Manager (Dubai Based)


About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and digitally savvy Personal Manager to support a high-profile entrepreneur based in Dubai. This multifaceted role combines executive support, lifestyle management, social coordination, and digital brand assistance—including hands-on involvement in social media management and content execution.

The ideal candidate is a confident multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, has a strong understanding of personal branding and content trends, and brings structure and calm to an ever-evolving schedule.



Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Scheduling

  • Manage and maintain a dynamic calendar of business meetings, personal appointments, events, and travel itineraries

  • Coordinate bookings, reminders, and follow-ups across work and life domains

  • Provide day-to-day scheduling support to ensure optimal time management

Personal & Lifestyle Management

  • Oversee personal errands, deliveries, and household service coordination

  • Book appointments, manage reservations, and support overall lifestyle logistics

  • Assist / accompany for personal shopping and personal purchases

  • Maintain discretion and professionalism across all personal matters

Social Media & Content Management

  • Collaborate on content calendars and help execute daily / weekly social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Coordinate with photographers, stylists, videographers, and editors for content creation

  • Organize, caption, and schedule social media content, ensuring consistency in voice, aesthetic, and timing

  • Stay up to date with trends in personal branding, luxury lifestyle, and entrepreneurship content

  • Keep the personal WordPress website up to-date with relevant content

PR & Brand Support

  • Assist in planning and execution of photoshoots, brand partnerships, and public appearances

  • Liaise with PR agencies, stylists, and media contacts

  • Support with media outreach coordination and content packaging when needed

Event & Social Planning

  • Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and logistical details for social or professional events

  • Track special occasions, birthdays, and important social commitments

Procurement & Contracts

  • Negotiate contracts with PR and Media vendors

  • Maintain accurate accounts & bookkeeping wherever required

  • Maintain accurate reporting of all financial transactions

General Coordination & Task Management

  • Follow through on open tasks and projects, ensuring timely execution

  • Maintain confidentiality, act with integrity, and represent the brand professionally

  • Serve as the central point of coordination across multiple work and personal domains



What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in personal/executive assistance, brand support, or lifestyle/social media management

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize independently

  • Exceptional communication and follow-through

  • Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms and content workflows

  • Familiarity with Dubai, including vendors, events, and lifestyle services

  • Tech-savvy with tools such as Google Calendar, Canva, Instagram, Trello, and WhatsApp

  • Basic finance, accounting & reporting skills 

  • Accurate time management & 100% availability at short notice

  • UAE driver’s license is a strong plus
