Job Title: PGT Physics Teacher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and passionate PGT Physics Teacher to join our senior secondary faculty in Banga, Punjab. The ideal candidate should have in-depth subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to inspire students to excel in Physics, especially at the Class 11 and 12 level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Physics to students of Classes 11 and 12, ensuring conceptual clarity.
  

• Prepare lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum (CBSE/State Board).
  

• Conduct lab experiments and practicals effectively, ensuring safety standards.
  

• Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and exams.
  

• Guide students for competitive exams like JEE/NEET, if required.
  

• Maintain academic records and communicate student progress to parents.
  

• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
  

• Collaborate with fellow faculty for academic planning and improvements.
  

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Physics from a recognized university.
  

• B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
  

• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
  

• Excellent communication skills in English.
  

• Familiarity with smart classroom technology and digital teaching tools.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong knowledge of NCERT curriculum.
  

• Experience in CBSE-affiliated schools.
  

• Residing in or willing to relocate to Banga, Punjab.
