Role Summary

• Deliver in -depth subject knowledge to senior secondary students and prepare them for board and competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach assigned subject(s) for senior secondary classes as per curriculum.
  

• Prepare detailed lesson plans and assessment tools.
  

• Conduct periodic evaluations and analyze student performance.
  

• Prepare students for board examinations and academic competitions.
  

• Conduct remedial and enrichment classes.
  

• Maintain academic records and documentation.
  

• Mentor junior teachers and support academic initiatives.
  

Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)

Role Summary

• Teach subject -specific curriculum to middle school students and support their academic development.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum as per board guidelines.
  

• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments.
  

• Evaluate student performance and maintain records.
  

• Conduct remedial classes when required.
  

• Participate in academic meetings, trainings, and school events.
  

Primary Teacher (PRT)

Role Summary

• Provide foundational education using child -centric teaching methodologies.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Teach core subjects to primary classes.
  

• Prepare lesson plans and teaching aids.
  

• Conduct assessments and maintain student records.
  

• Encourage experiential and activity -based learning.

Nursery Teacher (NTT)

Special Educator

Role Summary

• Coordinate with teachers, counsellors, and parents.
