Job Description - Pharma Sales General Trade

? HIRING | PHARMA SALES – GENERAL TRADE ?

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5–10 Years

CTC: ₹18–23 LPA

Work Mode: 6 Days – Work from Office

Travel: Gujarat & Maharashtra

Notice Period: Immediate to Max 60 Days

Interview: 3 Rounds – 1 Virtual + 2 Face-to-Face

Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Pharma Sales professional with strong experience in Pharmaceutical General Trade, Primary & Secondary Sales, Distributor/Stockist Management, and Sales Team Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Primary & Secondary Sales across Gujarat & Maharashtra

• Manage distributor and stockist performance, productivity & ROI

• Expand retailer, chemist, wholesaler & stockist networks

• Monitor sales targets, POB, stock availability, conversion ratios & field productivity

• Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities

• Conduct regular market visits and ensure execution of sales strategies

• Lead, mentor, train & develop sales teams

• Drive target achievement and measurable business outcomes

Candidate Profile

• 5–10 years of Pharmaceutical General Trade Sales experience

• 2–4 years of Sales Leadership experience

• Strong experience handling Mumbai, Maharashtra & Gujarat markets

• Experience as FLM/SLM preferred

• Strong distributor/stockist network management experience

• Experience in recruiting, coaching, training & retaining sales teams

• Strong analytical, negotiation & market execution skills

• Exposure to OTC, Generic & Pharma portfolios preferred

Qualification: Graduate (Science/Pharma preferred)

MBA Sales/Marketing preferred

Strong academic record preferred
