Pharmacist / Storekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Pharmacist / Storekeeper to join our healthcare team in Hyderabad, India. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing our pharmacy operations while overseeing inventory and stock control. The ideal candidate will combine their pharmaceutical expertise with strong organizational and customer service skills to ensure efficient operations and exceptional patient care.

• Dispense medications accurately and provide expert advice to patients on proper usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions
• Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing pharmaceutical products and supplies
• Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the pharmacy and storage areas
• Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and safety standards, including local regulations in Hyderabad
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy
• Supervise and train pharmacy staff on proper procedures and customer service
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and financial transactions
• Implement and manage quality control procedures for medication storage and handling
• Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries and concerns
• Stay updated on new medications, industry trends, and best practices in pharmacy management

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) required
• Valid pharmacist license and current registration with the Pharmacy Council of India
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
• Proven experience in inventory management and stock control
• Proficiency in pharmacy management software and inventory management systems
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and side effects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
• Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements, including local regulations in Hyderabad
• Experience in medication therapy management preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with regional healthcare practices and patient needs in Hyderabad
