Designation: Photographer & VideographerRole DescriptionExperience-3-5 yearsAge Group- Less than 30yrSalary – 7.2 LPALocation: In office – full timeThis is a full-time on-site role for creative Photographer-Videographer whowill be responsible for capturing and editing still and moving images as per the requirements of Brands . Should be comfortable working in various settings, such as outdoor locations, studios, or in client's offices. The photographer may also be responsible for organizing and directing photoshoots /video shoot and assigning tasks to outdoor Agency when required Take the brief to understand specifications and work closely with our art team to develop the concept.Capture and process images until you achieve desired results.Constantly improve image quality using various editing methodsUse and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses etc)Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to specifications& requirements.Work on video and content creationWork on creative angles and ideasShoot for Instagram stories, reels and postWork on outdoor and indoor shootProduce videos that will resonate with our audience, and drive a high level of engagement and sharing.Work closely with post-production teamsBrainstorm ideas and come up with exciting concepts.Must keep an eye on current trends in cinematography.Safely use new and modified equipmentDo competitor video & creative Analysis, run and use by competitor brands & propose suggestion for Rivona Brands Work on video editing and photo editingRequirements Degree in photography, visual arts, or a related fieldand knowledge of cameras, mics, lighting, sound and other necessary equipment5+ years of experience as a professional photographer& VideographerExperience with digital editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or LightroomBroad knowledge of photographic techniques and principles including lighting and compositionExperience with photography equipment such as cameras, lenses, and lightingExcellent communication skills for interacting with clients during photoshoots, and coordination with other photographers or staff.Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.Strong portfolios showcase of photographic work with creativity and versatility.Eye-catching portfolioProficient with traditional and modern equipmentSolid knowledge of Photoshop, Capture One or other photography specific software.Shooting & lighting skillsCompetency in applying photographic best practices and techniques.Ability to juggle multiple tasks.Comprehensive knowledge of video editing software (FCP, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, etc)Working knowledge of stop motion, animation, creative video editing effects, and motion graphics editing is a BIG plusShould have a good understanding of background music effects Prior experience in shooting and editing videos for YouTube and social media.Should have solid work ethics and take full responsibility of the task at handCreative thinking is a BIG PLUS If you are passionate about content production and have a strong desire to create compelling visual stories, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
