Pidilite - Sales & Marketing Data Analytics Role

What you'll do :

- Establish data sources through exploratory analysis and feature engineering.

- Work with IT/Data owners for improving quality of data.

- Build, test and improve machine learning model performance.

- Implementing and manage the entire data science lifecycle i.e. Data Ops and ML Ops.

Candidate Profile :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end data science and machine learning.

- Proficiency with data preparation, feature engineering, model building, test and validation, implementation, and post production maintenance.

- Strong understanding of ML algorithms (e.g. tree based, SVM, kNN) to solve classification and prediction problems.

- Excellent hands-on knowledge of Python programming language and data science and machine learning libraries like scikit-learn, xgboost, pandas, matplotlib, etc.

- Hands on experience with SQL.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Math, Statistics or other quantitative foundation field.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence your stakeholders and manage expectations.

- Excellent time management skills.
