Piping Design Engineer

The Piping Design Engineer will be responsible
for developing Piping Layouts and Piping Isometrics with Minimal
Supervision. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 6 years of Experience
in Piping Design and be proficient with SolidWorks or AutoCAD plant3D software. The ability to quickly adapt and Independently Handle Projects with minimal knowledge transfer (KT) is crucial.

Requirements

You are expected to do:  

·     Collaborate with Tech Leads and Project
Managers to ensure design accuracy.

·     Independently
handling projects with minimal
supervision and knowledge transfer.

·     Create
and review detailed piping drawings and specifications.

·     Maintain
accurate project documentation and records.

·     Guide
& Train Junior Engineers for Project Deliverables.

·     Attend
Periodic Technical review meeting with Client to ensure design
Consistency.

·     Manage
Project Timelines and deliverables,
ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

You will be a great fit if you have:

·     B.E.
/ B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience.

·      Develop and design complex piping layouts and piping isometrics.

·     Water treatment package experience will be added advantage.

·      Experience in offshore oil & gas, power, and
nuclear projects will be preferred.

·      Experience in Equipment modelling, Pipe & support
Modelling, Steel Structural Modelling.

·      Knowledge in P&IDs and Equipment
Drawings.

·      Knowledge in North American Standards like ANSI/ASME/DIN/BS.

·      Proficiency
in SolidWorks or AutoCAD plant3D software.
