Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily piping installation and maintenance activities.
  
• Read and interpret piping drawings, isometric drawings, and project specifications.
  
• Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of pipe fitters, welders, and helpers.
  
• Ensure work is completed within project schedules and quality requirements.
  
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other site teams.
  
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
  
• Monitor material usage and report site progress to management.
  
• Resolve on -site issues and ensure smooth workflow execution.
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in piping supervision or charge hand roles.
  
• Ability to read and understand piping drawings and isometrics.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Experience in industrial, construction, oil & gas, or mechanical projects.
  
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
