Lead and
supervise daily piping fabrication and assembly activities, ensuring work is
executed according to drawings, quality standards, safety procedures, and
project schedules. Coordinate with the Piping Foreman, QC, warehouse, and
production teams to ensure efficient execution, timely completion, and
compliance with project requirements.
· Manage the daily activities of
the piping crew according to the work plan.
· Coordinate execution activities
between the Piping Foreman and the piping crew.
· Explain drawings, isometrics,
and work instructions to workers before execution.
· Verify availability of required
materials, tools, and equipment before starting work.
· Supervise cutting, fitting, preparation,
assembly, and support installation activities.
· Perform initial quality checks
prior to QC inspections.
· Report progress, material
shortages, technical issues, delays, and risks to the Piping Foreman.
· Enforce safety procedures,
housekeeping, and work discipline in the work area.
· Support productivity and ensure
work is completed according to project requirements and schedules.
· Minimum 5 years of experience
in cutting, fitting, pipe assembly, and supports within industrial / factory /
cleanroom / semiconductor / pharma environments.
· Proven experience as a Piping
Team Leader working with plastic, carbon steel, stainless steel, and clean
piping systems.
· Strong ability to read and
interpret piping drawings and isometrics.
· Understanding of QC
requirements and inspection preparation.
· Experience using measuring
tools, work tools, and production equipment.
· Familiarity with safety
requirements in factory and production environments.
· Strong hands -on leadership
capabilities.
· Excellent verbal and written
communication skills in English.
· Ability to communicate clearly
with workers, supervisors, and foremen.
· Ability to work effectively
under pressure and meet project deadlines.
· High work discipline according
to drawings, procedures, and instructions.
· Strong attention to detail and
early identification of issues and risks.
