Placement Coordinator

Employer Engagement

• Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, social enterprises, and inclusive employers
  
• Identify job opportunities suitable for candidates from diverse or disadvantaged backgrounds
  
• Coordinate with recruiters to understand job requirements and expectations
  

2. Candidate Preparation

• Support candidates in resume building, interview preparation, and workplace readiness
  
• Conduct soft skills training (communication, confidence, professional behavior)
  
• Assess candidates’ strengths and match them with appropriate roles
  

3. Placement Facilitation

• Organize placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events
  
• Schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination between employers and candidates
  
• Track selection outcomes and provide feedback to candidates
  

4. Post -Placement Support

• Follow up with placed candidates to ensure retention and job satisfaction
  
• Address workplace challenges, especially for vulnerable groups
  
• Provide counseling or mediation if issues arise between employer and employee
  

5. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain records of candidates, placements, employer contacts, and outcomes
  
• Track key metrics like placement rates, retention rates, and salary levels
  
• Prepare reports for donors, management, or partner organizations
  

6. Community & Stakeholder Coordination

• Work with trainers, program managers, and community mobilizers
  
• Engage with families or communities to support candidates’ employment journeys
  
• Represent the organization in networking events or partnerships
  

7. Inclusion & Impact Focus

• Ensure equal opportunities for women, persons with disabilities, and marginalized groups
  
• Promote safe and dignified work environments
  
• Align placements with long -term livelihood goals, not just immediate jobs
