Train candidates to think clearly, communicate confidently, and approach interviews naturally as conversations.
4. Strengthen Visibility & Positioning
Guide candidates on building their LinkedIn presence and personal branding.
Ensure candidates effectively showcase their proof of work (portfolios, live projects), visibility (video introductions), and clarity (storytelling) to stand out in a competitive market.
5. Lead, Outreach & Opportunity Creation
Build out systems for cold outreach, networking, and employer engagement.
Actively identify and onboard hiring partners, with a focus on startups and new-age employers.
6. Track, Measure & Improve Outcomes
