Planning Engineer for Real Estate - Punawale Location

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare project schedules, baseline programs, and construction timelines.


• Monitor project progress for RCC, finishing, and MEP activities.


• Coordinate with site, procurement, billing, and consultant teams for project execution.


• Track daily/weekly progress and identify delays with recovery plans.


• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and project status reports for management.


• Ensure project completion as per planned timelines and budget.


• Review manpower, material, and machinery planning requirements.


• Conduct project planning using Primavera P6 / MS Project.


• Participate in project review meetings and maintain documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.


• Experience in residential real estate projects is mandatory.


• Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.


• Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 and MS Excel.


• Understanding of RCC, finishing, and construction sequencing.


• Strong coordination and communication skills.
