Job Description - Planning Engineer - Project (2-3 years' experience)

Job Description:

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and critical path analysis.
Coordinating with the internal stakeholders of the project like Design, Architecture, QS, Procurement, Site, and sales on the project progress.
Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential construction issues and develop mitigation plans.
Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of construction materials and equipment.
Monitor and track project progress against established schedules, identifying deviations and implementing corrective measures.
Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, resource utilization, and budgetary analysis.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to pre-cast construction planning.

Technical Skills:

Hands on experience on using MSP/Primavera, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point.
Basic understanding in the project flow and operations.
Project activity sequencing and scheduling.
Good knowledge of reading drawings.
Basic knowledge on quantity takes off for the materials
