A leading project advisory and management consulting firm specializing in residential and mixed -use real estate developments. The organization works closely with developers, investors, and stakeholders to provide end -to -end planning, monitoring, and delivery support across the project lifecycle.
We are looking to hire 3–4 experienced Planning professionals to strengthen the Planning & Project Controls function. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting for multiple real estate projects handled in an advisory capacity.
The incumbent will work closely with internal project managers and external stakeholders to ensure robust planning, timely reporting, risk visibility, and proactive issue resolution.
Develop Master Project Programmes and detailed activity -wise schedules using industry -standard tools.
Prepare baseline schedules, milestone plans, and phase -wise timelines for residential real estate projects.
Periodically update schedules to reflect actual progress and approved changes.
Track project progress against planned schedules and identify slippages.
Conduct variance analysis and highlight critical path impacts.
Support corrective and preventive action planning with project teams.
Identify planning -related risks, constraints, and dependencies across projects.
Maintain risk and issue registers with clear mitigation and escalation mechanisms.
Provide early warning signals to stakeholders on potential schedule overruns.
Prepare project dashboards, MIS reports, and early warning reports for management and clients.
Develop and manage portfolio -level dashboards as well as individual project dashboards.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely dissemination of reports.
Coordinate with all project agencies including consultants, contractors, and client teams.
Facilitate planning reviews and progress meetings.
Escalate issues and deviations proactively to internal leadership and client representatives.
Experience: 4–8 years in project planning, scheduling, or project controls within real estate / infrastructure.
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Tools: Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera P6 and advanced Excel.
Domain Exposure: Residential real estate projects preferred.
Skill Set:
Strong analytical and planning skills
Structured reporting and dashboarding capability
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in an advisory environment
