Plant Head - Manufacturing -Metal Crash Barriers & Street Light Pole

Role & responsibilities :

The Plant Head will have complete ownership and accountability for all phases of the plant's operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics. The primary objective is to ensure the manufacturing of high -quality metal crash barriers & Octagonal Street Light Poles that comply with national and international standards achieving production targets, optimizing costs, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Metallurgy) or a related technical field is often required; an MBA or a Master's in Industrial Management is an advantage.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 10 -15 years of experience in a high -volume manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership or Plant Head role, preferably within the metal fabrication or automotive auxiliary industry.
  
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes, production management, quality control, and maintenance operations.
