A leading Auto Components Manufacturing Client

Key Purpose of the Job:

The Plant HR Lead is responsible for the overall plant Industrial Relations, harmony and effective HR processes in the Unit / Plant. The role holder is responsible for ensuring recruitment, administration of benefits, welfare, grievance handling, employee negotiations, employee conflicts, initiating disciplinary actions, wage settlement process among other activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring compliance to statutory regulations, labour laws and applicable industrial acts
• Establish harmonious industrial relations and maintain conducive environment in the plant / unit
• Oversee administration and HR operations of employee life cycle systems and processes in compliance with the Organizations' policies
• Responsible for managing plant HR team

Candidate Requirement:

• Post Graduate Degree in Management / MSW with Specialization in HR / Post Graduate Diploma in HR
• Experience of 12 to 25 years from manufacturing / engineering / industrial product industry
• Should possess experience in industrial relations, manahing unions and wage settlements
