Requirements:

MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (MCh or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and a valid license to practice.
Minimum of 1+ year of post-qualification clinical experience in a hospital or surgical setting.
Proven experience in performing complex reconstructive and aesthetic surgical procedures.
Strong knowledge of surgical anatomy, wound healing, and microvascular techniques.
Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple cases, and maintain composure in emergency situations.
Proficiency in using surgical instruments, endoscopic equipment, and digital medical documentation systems.
Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous professional growth.
