Key Responsibilities:

• • Infrastructure Management: Expert in handling FileNet, BAW Case Manager, and BPM environments with hands -on administration and migration.
  • BAW Environment: Proficient in managing and troubleshooting BAW environments, with the ability to identify and resolve root causes of issues.
  • Platform Expertise: Independently manage BPM platform infrastructure with strong experience in Linux servers (RHEL8/9) and Virtual Machines (VMs).
  • System Upgrades: Seamlessly upgrade FileNet, BPM, and BAW environments on Linux, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • OpenShift & AWS: Hands -on experience with OpenShift and knowledge of AWS is considered an advantage.
  • ServiceNow: Expertise in handling Incident, Change, and Problem Management via ServiceNow.
  • Security Management: Ability to identify and address security vulnerabilities within infrastructure, adhering to organizational guidelines.
  • Collaboration & Communication: A strong team player who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders and communicate technical solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot complex platform and infrastructure issues to maintain system resilience.
  
  

Requirements:

• • 10 -12 years of hands -on experience with FileNet, BAW Case Manager, BPM infrastructure, and administration.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting, upgrading, and maintaining BPM environments on Linux (RHEL8/9) and VM.
  • Experience in OpenShift and AWS is a plus.
  • In -depth knowledge of ServiceNow (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
  • Strong understanding of security vulnerabilities and management in infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Requirements

Required Knowledge:

• • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Computer Applications.
  • Platform Engineering Expertise: Strong understanding of platform architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Automation Tools: Proficiency in using automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Jenkins to streamline deployment and management processes.
  • Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their services, including storage, networking, and compute resources.
  • Containerization: Hands -on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container management and orchestration.
  • Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack for system health and performance monitoring.
  • DevOps Practices: Strong understanding of DevOps principles and experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Security Best Practices: Knowledge of security frameworks and best practices for platform security.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Experience providing after -hours support and resolving critical issues.
  • Certification in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or related platform engineering technologies.
  • Experience with platform migration and scaling large infrastructure environments.
  • Strong problem -solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex tasks.
