Platform Engineering Head

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Lead project execution teams to deliver on Performance, Cost, and Timeline targets.


• Provide technical leadership and ensure approval/sign-off for scope documents by aligning with organizational processes, including VDS, QTS, FI, Warranty, PIPC, Torque Integrity, and PIST.


• Partner with the Program Management team to define tasks and responsibilities, develop Gantt chart-based project timelines estimate project budgets and facilitate approvals.


• Lead the resolution of technical challenges, including those arising from CRRMS (Change Request and Release Management System) and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), using tools such as 8D, Fault Tree Analysis, Reliability Engineering, CAD/CAM/CAE, Tolerance Stack-Up, and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).


• Collaborate with stakeholders across various disciplines, including Validation, Vehicle Engineering, Program Management, CDMM, Proto-build, Homologation, Marketing & Customer Care, and Suppliers.

General Requirements

- Experience in managing the New Product Development (NPD) process, from concept to production, including component, system, and vehicle-level validation.
- Strong understanding of electric vehicles (EVs) and core EV technologies
