We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Platinum Banker to manage and grow relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) clients. The role involves deepening existing relationships and acquiring new ones by offering tailored banking solutions across liabilities and commercial assets. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of trade finance, commercial lending, and investment products, along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to coordinate across teams to deliver a seamless banking experience.

Responsibilities

  1. Acquire and expand relationships with High Net Worth individuals for both liabilities and commercial assets.

  2. Deliver superior customer service while ensuring adherence to bank policies and compliance standards.

  3. Cross-sell a wide range of banking products and services to deepen client relationships.

  4. Educate clients about new products and enhancements to maximize engagement.

  5. Organize and lead targeted sales initiatives and client engagement events.

  6. Collaborate with other group companies to offer integrated financial solutions.

  7. Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and relationship history.

  8. Monitor and resolve customer complaints and queries with a focus on quick turnaround and satisfaction.
