Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PL/SQL Developer with expertise in Shell Scripting to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle database development and be proficient in PL/SQL. Experience with Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA) and Pro*C will be considered a significant advantage.

Minimum experience requirement is 3 years to 5 years

Must Have: Unix Shell scripting, PL-SQL

Good To Have: Pro*C / Oracle ReSA / ReIM or RMS

* Work on the resolution of assigned incidents and recovery of application ASAP.

* Analyzes incidents to identify service restoration actions to be taken

* Incident investigation and diagnosis of all priority type.

* Assists with classification and prioritization of incidents

* Detection of possible Problems and the creating a problem record

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Investigates assigned problems through to resolution or error identification

* Work on change requests from business.

* Handle ad-hoc requests for Service status or one-time information retrieval/reports

* Gather service data as needed for reporting and communications

* Analyzing the process and suggesting improvements

* Keeping affected business partners informed about progress

* Participate in implementation activities and provide post implementation support.

* Contribute towards updating knowledge assets

* Document all the learning’s from the project

* Adhere to the Agile Ways of Working

* Should be able to do the out of hours support and willing to work in UK shift.

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Must Have Skills: Unix Shell scripting, PL-SQL

Good To Have: Pro*C / Oracle ReSA / ReIM or RMS
