Job Description - PMO

About the Role:

• We are hiring PMO executive with 5 -7 years of experience to join our passionate and fast -growing team

at Apibanking.com (Spliceforms Enterprise Solutions Pvt Ltd).

• ï¿½ï¿½ What You’ll Do:

• Â· Manage and update JIRA boards, workflows, and project tasks

• Â· Prepare and maintain project status dashboards and reports at regular intervals

• Â· Support the project team with tracking, documentation, and ensuring timely follow -ups

• Â· Assist in establishing and improving project management processes

• Â· Coordinate with cross -functional teams for smooth execution of project deliverables

• Â· Present project updates clearly and confidently to stakeholders

Requirements

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong working knowledge of JIRA

• Excellent skills in presentation, documentation, and tracking

• Good understanding of project management methodologies

• Strong communication, coordination, and follow -up ability

• Detail -oriented with a structured approach to work
