PMO skills should be strong.
Workday knowledge should be must.

The role

Proven experience (>2 years) in project management, specifically managing Workday implementations or similar ERP systems.      
Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to create insightful dashboards & reports
Understanding of governance framework & ensuring compliance  
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and Risk management skills.   
Good problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.   
Experience in managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  
Understanding of project management tools and methodologies. Should be able to work along with other Project Managers. PMO skills should be strong.
