Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated PMO Analyst to
support back -end integration initiatives within the Investment Banking domain.
The role focuses on post -execution processes, including middleware to
settlement flows and infrastructure -related projects. This is an onsite role
requiring close collaboration with cross -functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project & PMO Support

• Support
  project/program tracking activities including milestones, risks, issues,
  and dependencies
  
• Assist
  in maintaining project plans, status reports, and documentation
  

Business Analysis

• Gather
  and document business and functional requirements
  
• Support
  requirement traceability and change management
  

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Create
  test plans and test cases
  
• Perform
  test execution and coordinate defect tracking and resolution
  

Administrative & Financial Tracking

• Assist
  with project administration activities
  
• Support
  basic project financial planning, tracking, and reporting
  

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate
  meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes of meetings
  
• Support
  basic stakeholder communication and follow -ups
  

 Required Skills & Experience

• 1 -5
  years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Business Analysis, or
  consulting roles
  
• Experience
  working with Financial Institutions (Investment Banking / Global Banking
  & Securities is mandatory)
  
• Basic
  understanding of back -end systems and integration concepts
  
• Strong
  documentation, coordination, and communication skills
  
• Ability
  to work in a fast -paced, onsite environment
  

 Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure
  to post -trade or settlement systems
  
• Familiarity
  with middleware or infrastructure -related projects
  
• Strong
  attention to detail and willingness to learn
