Job Description:

• Bringing structure and organization to complex, multi-workstream initiatives


• Maintaining detailed project plans and tracking milestone progress


• Supporting RAID management by logging, tracking, and following up on actions


• Preparing high-quality, client-ready status reports and executive dashboards


• Synthesizing large amounts of information into concise updates


• Coordinating meetings, capturing decisions, and ensuring follow-through


• Tracking program financials, including spend reporting and variance tracking


• Managing documentation and maintaining a single source of truth


• Working collaboratively across regions and functions


• Operating with attention to detail while keeping sight of overall program goal

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in PMO, project management, consulting, or transformation support roles


• Experience supporting global or technology-enabled implementations preferred


• The ability to manage detailed trackers (project plans, RAID logs, financial trackers) with accuracy and discipline
  


• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and reporting tools


• The ability to organize governance forums and prepare materials for SteerCo and working group meetings


• Strong communication skills and the ability to tailor updates to different audiences


• Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed environments


• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar)


• Curiosity, ownership mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  Creativity and openness to digital tools and Agile ways of working.
