Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Project Management Executive to join our dynamic team. As a PMO Executive, you will be given hands-on exposure to end-to-end project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination, playing a vital role in ensuring timely delivery of critical development milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of product development projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
  


• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal (Managers, Engineers, Technicians) as well as external stakeholders (Vendors, Suppliers, Compliance Bodies).
  


• Participate actively in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocation for the various ongoing projects.
  


• Manage and mitigate any risks and/ or roadblocks during the course of project life cycle.
  


• Participate actively in project status meetings and facilitate information exchange between management and various cross-functional teams and track project progress.
  


• Participate actively in improving the system processes pertaining to project management (PMO).
  


• Participate actively in vendor development and management, project related documentation, procurement and customer/ investor facing activities.
  

Requirements

• 1 – 2 years of work experience in an Engineering or Project Management is preferable.
  


• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
  


• MBA / PGDM in Operations / Technology / Project Management / Engineering Management (preferred).
  


• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written (Advanced level English proficiency required).
  


• Eagerness to learn and grow in a high-paced, tech-driven startup environment.
  


• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.
