PMO Japanese Bilingual

For PMO:

Must Have

1. Bilingual fluency — Japanese (JLPT N2+) and English
   
2. 3 -6 (C)/ 6 -8 (SC) years PMO/consulting experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies
   
3. Data visualisation proficiency — Power BI / Tableau / Excel for portfolio dashboards and reporting
   
4. Insurance industry domain knowledge - Along with Policy Admin Management/ Claims Management expertise
   

Good to Have

1. AI -powered project tooling exposure for predictive risk and performance insights
   
2. Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, or SAFe Agilist)
   
3. Financial acumen in budget forecasting and resource capacity management
   
4. Technical literacy in CI/CD pipelines, release management strategies, and version control
   

For Scrum Master

Must Have

Scrum expertise, Jira, Sprint planning - daily standup conducts, confluence and kanban loading, JLPT - N1 or N2,  IT SDLC lifecycle, project planning, communication skills, and problem solving
