Job Description - PMO Professional

Background: HR/Psychology/Training/Event Management with 3-8 years' experience; a Master's degree in Psychology/Sociology/Management/Communication preferred. Project Management: Outstanding project management and delivery skills. Facilitation: Experience in facilitation, training, and public speaking. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, strong PowerPoint (or other presentation software), infographics, and video creation skills (using SharePoint, Canva, Photoshop, etc). Momentum and Experimentation: Thrive on trying new things, improving processes, and building upon learnings. Problem-Solving: Think outside the box when challenges arise, proactively anticipate issues, and create solutions. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, facilitation abilities, infectious enthusiasm, and enjoy interacting with people at all levels. Collaboration: Work well across boundaries in our global environment of dispersed teams. Influencing Skills: Exceptional listening, communication, and influencing abilities, able to manage reviews with senior leaders. Trend Analysis: Experience in analyzing trends and presenting insights in an easily understood manner. Social Media Savvy: Manage and engage Millennial and Gen Z employees using social media trends.
