Job Description - PMO Project Management Office

A leading
international industrial company specializing in industrial air systems,
ventilation solutions, and heavy -duty industrial projects is seeking an
experienced PMO professional to join its Project Management and Operations team
in India.

The role includes responsibility for planning, building, monitoring, and
controlling project schedules across multiple industrial projects and
manufacturing activities. The PMO will support project execution through
structured planning, tracking, reporting, process implementation, and
cross -functional coordination.

The position serves as a key interface between Project Management, Engineering,
Production, Procurement, Logistics, Site Operations, and Company Management,
ensuring operational visibility, schedule control, and effective project
execution.



Requirements

·         Build, manage, and maintain
project schedules for multiple industrial projects

·         Develop and monitor quarterly,
monthly, weekly, and daily work plans

·         Track project milestones,
deliverables, and execution progress

·         Identify schedule risks,
delays, bottlenecks, and resource conflicts

·         Support Project Managers with
planning, coordination, and project control activities

·         Develop and implement project
management methodologies and work processes

·         Create project reports,
dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking tools

·         Maintain structured project
documentation and operational records

·         Coordinate daily with
Engineering, Production, Procurement, Logistics, QA/QC, and Site teams

·         Prepare management reports,
status updates, and meeting summaries

·         Monitor execution versus
planning and provide corrective action follow -up

·         Support operational planning
for manufacturing and site installation activities
