Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to expand the partner network across multiple business categories. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving sales closures for embedded insurance solutions. The candidate will also work closely with partners to design customized insurance offerings that enhance customer experience and deliver business value.

The role will report to the Chief Business Officer, with openings in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities :

• Research, identify, and acquire new clients and strategic partners across key target industry verticals.


• Own the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.


• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, supporting individual development and achievement of business goals.


• Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and overall business objectives.


• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design and implement customized embedded insurance solutions that deliver value to partners and end customers.


• Work closely with Product, Technology, and Sales teams to develop sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, one-pagers, and technical documents.


• Drive strong account management practices to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term business relationships.


• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen market presence and identify new business opportunities.


• Take ownership of the overall P&L and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for assigned business verticals, driving revenue growth and profitability.

Must-Have Requirements

• Relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships; experience in B2B Software Sales or Fintech will be preferred.


• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; prior entrepreneurial experience will be an added advantage.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.


• Creative, persistent, and resourceful, with a proactive, hands-on approach and strong organizational skills.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solution-oriented mindset.


• Self-driven and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous business environments.
