Podcast Guest Relations Executive

We are looking for a highly organized and personable Podcast Guest Relations Executive to help us manage and grow our podcast guest experience. You will be the primary point of contact for podcast guests — from initial outreach to post-episode follow-up.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential guests aligned with our podcast’s mission and audience
• Reach out to and book high-quality guests
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, working with hosts and production team
• Manage all communications with guests before and after the show
• Prepare guest briefing documents and ensure they’re prepped for the episode
• Promote episodes collaboratively with guests after publishing

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Previous experience in podcasting, PR, talent booking, or similar roles is a big plus
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
