Roles & Responsibilities:

Policy Development:

• Develop and update policies related to two-wheeler financing, considering regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policies align with business strategies and objectives

Risk Management:

• Implement and oversee risk management policies to assess and mitigate credit, operational, and market risks associated with two-wheeler financing.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and propose adjustments to policies based on changing market conditions.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the two-wheeler financing sector.
• Stay updated on changes in regulations and work with legal and compliance teams to implement necessary policy adjustments.

Operational Efficiency:

• Streamline and optimize operational processes through the development and implementation of efficient policies.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure policies are effectively communicated and adhered to at all levels.

Data Analysis:

• Utilize data analytics to monitor the effectiveness of policies and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide data-driven insights to support policy decisions and enhance overall business performance.

Training and Communication:

• Conduct training sessions for employees to ensure understanding and compliance with company policies.
• Communicate policy changes effectively to all relevant stakeholders within the organization.

Audit and Monitoring:

• Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Monitor policy implementation through regular audits and take corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in policy development and management within the NBFC or financial services sector, with a focus on two-wheeler financing.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
