Job Description - Policy Service Analyst

Understand the Insurance business end to end

ï· Analyze and input data into systems / databases

ï· Process requests basis various rules (both subjective and objective judgement involved)

ï· Issue policies / invoices on behalf of the client

ï· Reconciliations

Qualifications & Skills Required

ï· Graduates / Post Graduates (Mathematics / Statistics / Economics / Commerce / BBA)

ï· 0-3 years of P &C Insurance experience.

ï· Good written & verbal communication

ï· Strong analytical skills.

ï· Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the organizationâs values

ï· Analyzes and synthesizes information / Makes decisions based on policies

ï· Keeps the team informed on work activities

ï· Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the organizationâs values

ï· Assumes responsibility and displays dedication to meet/exceed the expectations and requirements of customers

ï· Participates as team member

ï· Assumes personal responsibility and follows up to meet commitments to others

ï· Analyzes and synthesizes information / Makes decisions based on policies

ï· Plans tasks and organizes own work

ï· Sets priorities for tasks in order of importance

ï· Keeps the team informed on work activities

ï· Expresses positive expectations of others and speaks of team members in positive terms

Additional Skills (If Any)

ï· Attention to details

ï· Knowledge of MS-Excel
