Job Description

City Greens is seeking an experienced Polyhouse Supervisor to oversee and manage polyhouse set-ups across India. The ideal candidate will take charge of supervising contractors during construction, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects. The role demands extensive travel across different project sites, close coordination with vendors, and hands-on problem solving.

As a Polyhouse Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise and monitor polyhouse set-up activities executed by contractors.
  




• Ensure adherence to design specifications, structural safety, and quality standards.
  




• Plan and coordinate day-to-day work schedules, manpower allocation, and material usage.
  




• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve on-site issues.
  




• Conduct site inspections, prepare progress reports, and escalate critical concerns to management.
  




• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in polyhouse, greenhouse, or related infrastructure project supervision.
  




• Strong knowledge of polyhouse structures, materials, and installation processes.
  




• Ability to read technical drawings and ensure accurate execution.
  




• Experience coordinating with multiple contractors and managing on-site teams.
  




• Willingness to travel extensively across India as per project requirements.
  




• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  




• Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Civil, Mechanical, or related fields preferred.
