We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to support the delivery and adoption of cloud-based SaaS software solutions across multiple business domains. The role involves working with software platforms designed for restaurant billing, retail billing, hotel management, salon operations, and HRMS.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable understanding customer requirements, supporting software implementation, resolving product-related queries, and helping users effectively adopt cloud-based business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers in understanding and effectively using cloud-based SaaS applications.
• Assist with customer onboarding, implementation, configuration, and product setup.
• Understand customer requirements and map them to available software features and workflows.
• Provide product demonstrations and explain relevant functionality to customers and users.
• Handle customer queries related to software usage, configuration, and day-to-day operations.
• Troubleshoot basic application issues and coordinate with technical teams for complex problems.
• Support customers across business applications covering restaurant, retail, hospitality, salon, and HRMS operations.
• Assist users with billing, reporting, employee management, inventory, and other relevant application workflows.
• Maintain accurate records of customer requests, issues, resolutions, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate with internal Product, Technology, Sales, and Support teams to resolve customer requirements.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and implementation activities are completed successfully.
• Create or maintain basic user guides, FAQs, and support documentation.
• Identify recurring customer issues and communicate product improvement opportunities to relevant teams.
• Ensure timely and professional communication throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Continuously develop knowledge of SaaS products, business processes, and emerging cloud technologies.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1+ year of experience in SaaS support, software implementation, customer support, technical support, or a similar role.
• Strong interest in cloud-based SaaS applications and business software.
• Good understanding of software implementation, onboarding, configuration, or customer support processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical software solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable learning new software products and understanding different business workflows.
• Experience with ERP, POS, billing, hotel management, retail, salon, HRMS, or other business applications is an advantage.
• Good documentation and organisational skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal technical or product teams.
• Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on timely resolution and user satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities in a structured manner.
• Proficiency with common digital tools, spreadsheets, and business applications.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow within a technology-driven SaaS environment.
