The Bare Essentials

• Experience - More than 2
  years in a Graphic Designer role
  
• Education:
  Graduate from a reputed design school
  
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe
  CC
  
• Areas of experience: Branding,
  Packaging Design and Printing
  

Preferred Skills 

• Intuition and
  Adherence: Needs to have an intuitive understanding of design
  processes with the proven ability to create out-of-box ideas. A
  proactive approach towards grasping new design briefs while
  also incorporating necessary feedback will go a long
  way.  
  
• Team Player: Should be able to work
  with other team members in the spirit of creative co-operation,
  facilitating mutual learning and growth. 
  
• Communication: Able to communicate
  one’s ideas cogently, clearly and effectively – both in spoken and
  written formats. While a multi-lingual background is ideal, core
  competency in English is a must.
