Process: E Commerce ( B2B Voice)

FIXED SALARY + FIXED DAY SHIFT

Job Profile:

1. Have to call the retailers over Pan India.
2. Have to convince them for subscription in the E Commerce Site.
3. Have to help them out with any queries about the site.
4. Candidate should be responsible for making Cold Calls, handling outbound processes

Candidates Profile:

1. Must have work experience in credit card selling, banking sector, telecom sales.
2. Must have fluency in English and Hindi.
3. Must be able to work under pressure and meet the sales target.
4. Candidate should have minimum 6 months experience in telemarketing or telesales.
5. Good Communication Skills, Convincing Skills / Problem Solving Skills
6. Good Listener, Proactive, Self Motivated, Confident
