Post Operations Manager

The Post Operations Manager will focus on the customer journey after a project is delivered. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, handling escalations, managing warranty/maintenance work, and building long-term trust with clients. The role requires someone who can combine operational knowledge with strong communication skills to ensure every customer has a smooth post-project experience. You will also work closely with operations and customer success teams to monitor service quality, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
