Job Description - Powder Coating Supervisor

Daily man management

Chemical knowledge of powder coating

Shot blasting supervision

Spray painting supervision

Quality of output in Powder coating plant

Daily Square feet monitoring,LPG gas consumption

Fixturing methods of hanging of parts

Requirements

Knowledge in Powder coating chemicals,nano coating,Phosphating

Technical expertise in Painting and shot blasting

Should have relevant experience in Powder coating plant

Handling a team of operators ( 40 persons)

Spray painting techniques

Fixture knowledge in Powder coating

Robotic gun knowledge in Powder coating
