Job Title: Power BI & Data Analytics Specialist (SAP
& Excel Expert)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly
skilled Power BI & Data Analytics Specialist with strong expertise in SAP
systems, Advanced Excel, and data visualization. The ideal candidate will
extract, transform, and analyze data from SAP and other sources to build insightful
Power BI dashboards and reports that drive informed business decisions.

You will play a key role in
turning complex SAP data and operational information into clear, actionable
insights through interactive dashboards, advanced analytics, and automated reporting
solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design,
  develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for
  business stakeholders.
  
• Extract,
  transform, and load (ETL) data from SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA,
  MM, PP, SD, FI/CO) into Power BI using Power Query and other connectors.
  
• Build
  robust data models using Star Schema, relationships, and optimization
  techniques in Power BI.
  
• Write
  complex DAX formulas for advanced calculations, KPIs, and measures.
  
• Leverage
  Advanced Excel skills (Power Pivot, Power Query, VBA Macros, Pivot Tables,
  VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards) for data analysis and quick reporting.
  
• Perform
  data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support
  decision -making in production, supply chain, finance, or operations.
  
• Collaborate
  with business users and leadership to gather requirements and translate
  them into technical specifications.
  
• Ensure
  data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across SAP, Excel, and Power BI
  environments.
  
• Automate
  repetitive reporting processes using Power BI, Excel, and Power Automate
  where possible.
  
• Provide
  training and support to end users on Power BI reports and self -service
  analytics.
  
• Troubleshoot
  and optimize report performance and data refresh issues.
  

Required Skills &
Qualifications

• Power
  BI Expertise: Strong hands -on experience in Power BI Desktop &
  Service, Dataflows, Row -Level Security (RLS), bookmarks, and publishing
  workspaces.
  
• Data
  Analytics: Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and
  storytelling.
  
• SAP
  Expertise: Good functional knowledge of SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) with
  experience in data extraction using SAP tables, queries, or CDS views.
  Knowledge of multiple SAP modules is a big plus.
  
• Advanced
  Excel: Expert -level proficiency in Excel including Power Query, Power
  Pivot, complex formulas, macros (VBA), and dashboard creation.
  
• SQL:
  Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
  
• Data
  Modeling: Experience with relational data modeling and DAX.
  

Education: Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering, or
related field.

Experience: 4–8
years of relevant experience in data analytics with a focus on Power BI and SAP
environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience
  with SAP S/4HANA Analytics or SAP Datasphere / SAC.
  
• Knowledge
  of Python or R for advanced analytics.
  
• Familiarity
  with Power Automate and Power Apps.
  
• Experience
  in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Production environments.
  
• Understanding
  of data governance and security best practices.
